An e-commerce agencyE-commerce servicesClient project
A corporate platform with a large catalog the client maintains themselves
Three distinct practices and a service catalog too large for a static site, where the requirement was that the client could restructure their own offering without a developer.
Who did this workDesigned and built by our team for an e-commerce services agency. The client is not named here.
The result
3
practices under one custom admin
Technologies & disciplines
- PHP
- Laravel
- Blade
- Tailwind CSS
- Alpine.js
- MySQL
- Custom admin panel

The situation
This agency sells across three practices, each with its own set of services, its own audience, and its own way of describing the work. A visitor arriving for one of them should not have to wade through the other two, and the agency's own positioning shifts as demand moves between practices. A static site would have been out of date within a quarter, and an off-the-shelf admin would have imposed its own content model on an offering that does not fit one. The catalog is also the site's search surface, so its structure had to serve navigation and indexing at the same time.
What we did
Modeled the catalog as practices, groups and services, so the structure matches how the agency actually sells rather than how a page tree is easiest to build.
Built a custom admin against that model, so the client adds a service, regroups a practice or changes the flagship offering themselves.
Generated navigation and landing pages from the catalog, so a structural change in the admin propagates without anyone editing a template.
Cached the navigation aggressively and invalidated it on content change, because the menu is rebuilt on every request and is the easiest thing to make slow.
Kept per-page metadata and structured data derived from the same records, so search engines and the menu never disagree about what exists.
The result
- Three practices and their full service catalog managed by the client without developer involvement.
- Navigation, landing pages and metadata all generated from one content model.
- A content structure that can be reorganized as the agency's positioning moves.
Why we rarely reach for an off-the-shelf admin
A generic content admin makes the first week fast and every later change slow, because the client’s offering has to be bent into the tool’s idea of a page. Building the admin against the client’s own model costs more up front and then costs nothing every time the business changes.
The test is simple: a year in, can the client restructure their own services without calling us? Here they can.

More work
~1.3×operational efficiency after launch
Sagawa Express. A national courier's pickup requests arrived by phone and were tracked in spreadsheets. Our team designed the online booking platform and driver application that replaced both.
48,000+parking lots managed on the platform
Tokup. A reservation product covering tens of thousands of parking lots nationwide, where the design problem was density — finding one usable space quickly, on a phone, in a hurry.
~1Mrequests per day handled by the Go services
Platform-as-a-service product, Dubai. Core backend, microservices, billing and the internal tooling that let an entire engineering team run the production stack locally — plus Go services elsewhere handling roughly one million requests a day.
5sales channels in one order queue
In-house product. A grocery business selling through five channels at once, where the real cost was not selling — it was the nightly reconciliation between a register, a spreadsheet, a phone and an online store that never quite agreed.
2portals — customer and operations — from one codebase
In-house product. A recurring-delivery business where the operational load is not the deliveries themselves but the arithmetic around them — who gets what today, who paused, who owes, and what changes when one customer skips a week.
6service lines, each with its own page
A facility-management company. Its buyers are procurement teams comparing vendors on paper, so the site has to make the single-vendor argument itself — and then make the inquiry effortless.
